We are currently in Week 5 of a 6-week accumulation block. The goal is building absolute resilience in connective tissues and aerobic base.
Expect high time-under-tension (TUT) protocols in Strength, and sustained threshold efforts in Engine. Do not chase 1RMs yet.
Intent & Standards
Session Intent: Engine
Sustained aerobic capacity. Do not redline early. Pacing is mandatory.
Session Intent: Strength
Absolute force production. Rest times are strictly enforced. Technical failure before muscular failure.
